RETURN POLICY

At AVELLA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Returned with all tags, ribbons, seals, and protective packaging attached

Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, damage, marks, odours, or if tags, ribbons, or packaging have been removed or tampered with.

Please ensure you carefully inspect your order before removing any protective packaging or tags.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
