We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once dispatched, estimated UK delivery times are typically:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. AVELLA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, customs delays, weather disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.
