Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and external factors beyond our control.

AVELLA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.


5. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items must be returned:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags, ribbons, seals, and protective packaging intact

Returns may be refused if:

  • Items show signs of wear
  • Packaging has been damaged or removed
  • Tags or security ribbons have been tampered with

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once approved.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

7. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.
